iPropertyCo (Investment Property Co PTY LTD) has been developed by fellow property investors to provide a property cash flow analyser application on the "cloud"; that’s the tech term for internet based applications, in our case dedicated to supporting property investors in Australia and New Zealand.

Buying an investment property can be a challenging experience. If finding a property wasn’t already hard enough, many people don’t realise that more than 18 parties can be involved in a single transaction, each with possible points of failure, so it pays to have some knowledge, experience and support to help you invest, whether you’re buying a single property or building a portfolio.

Many professional property investors will tell you that it’s important to follow a well devised strategy, and although individual strategies may change or vary, they typically consist of three fundamental guidelines:
  • The decision to purchase an investment property should be based on research facts and figures, not emotions
  • Educate yourself before you commit, it will cost you a lot less to learn from other people’s mistakes
  • Property investment is about managing cash flow and creating capital growth (equity).

iPropertyCo’s Property Analyser enables users to calculate cash flow both pre and after tax, in addition to analysing capital growth estimates of a potential investment property. The Property Analyser is presented in a format that supports a purchasing methodology used by many professional investors, while upholding one of the fundamental guidelines of property investment – purchase based on financial benefits as opposed to emotions.

iPropertyCo’s User Community is a forum that enables like minded individuals (property investors) to interact with each other with the aim of sharing information, experience and education. We encourage you to post your successes and failures and ask or answer questions to support other iPropertyCo Users.
